We typically have the designer or design firm we are working with produce design files for our swag. Those are as follows:

  • T-Shirt Design
  • Tote Bag Design
  • Sticker Designs
  • Speaker Backdrop/Banners
  • Lanyard Design
  • Nametag Design
  • Keynote/Slideshow Template
  • Speaker Gift (if necessary)

Swag Providers

Shirts

Previous providers: - Inkfinity - Chicago Signs

Models we typically order: - Bella+Canvas 3001

Tote Bags

Previous provider: Bagmasters

  • The Original Custom Cotton Tote with an average final cost of ~$3-4/per piece.
  • Single color silkscreen, single sided
  • Order at least 3-4 weeks before conference

Lanyards

Previous provider: Custom Lanyard who has now rebranded as Swag Print

  • 1 inch x 36 inch nylon lanyards, screen printed
  • Single bulldog clip with standard sewing and flat plastic breakaway
  • Order 5% red, 5% yellow and 90% regular colors
  • Final cost should be between $0.90c-$1.40c/per piece
  • Order at least 3-4 weeks before conference
